PT Coconut Shell Charcoal Indonesia has been the number 1 supplier of coconut shell charcoal to China, Russia, and Turkey since 2015. We have 20,000 coconut palm trees in Sulawesi and Sumatra Islands and produce 80 tons of high-quality charcoal per day.

At our factory in Indonesia, quality control is not just a process but a guarantee. Modern Processing
Our factory is equipped with modern technology to ensure uniformity and purity of coconut shell charcoal. From carbonization to crushing and sieving, every step is supervised by our experienced team:
Initial Inspection: Raw coconut shells are checked.
Production Monitoring: Carbonization and processing is monitored.
Final Product Testing: Finished charcoal is tested for key parameters.
Cross-Verification: Accredited laboratories such as Beckjorindo, Carsurin, Intertek and SGC test again.

Testing
Before any batch leave our factory, it is tested in our in-house laboratory. We check:

Volatile Matter: Minimal volatile compounds for product stability.
Moisture Content: Properly dried to prevent degradation.
Hardness and Shape: Structural integrity and uniformity.Final Product Testing: Finished charcoal is tested for key parameters.
