We ship our coconut shell charcoal in 20ft or 40ft containers to maximize efficiency and cost. Each container is packed carefully to ensure your charcoal arrives safely.

Container Shipping

We ship our coconut shell charcoal in 20ft or 40ft containers to maximize efficiency and cost. Each container is packed carefully to ensure your charcoal arrives safely.

  • 20ft Container: Holds up to 12 tons of coconut shell charcoal.
  • 40ft Container: Holds up to 25 tons of coconut shell charcoal.

Ports of Loading

We load from two ports in Indonesia:

  • Port of Semarang
  • Port of Surabaya

Shipping Documents

We provide all the necessary documents for smooth customs clearance and delivery. Each shipment includes:

  • Bill of Lading: A detailed document of the shipment contents and shipping details.
  • Certificate of Origin: It certifies that coconut shell charcoal is produced in Indonesia.
  • Invoice: Itemizes the goods shipped and the cost.
  • Packing List: A detailed list of the shipment contents, number of bags, and weight.

Packaging

Our coconut shell charcoal is packed in 25 kg polybags, is durable, and is designed to protect the charcoal during transit and storage. This packaging keeps the charcoal dry, intact, and ready to use upon arrival. We also use container-size moisture absorbers to keep your coconut charcoal dry during shipping.

Production time

Production time usually is five working days.

Third-Party Inspection

For extra peace of mind, we can arrange third-party inspection by request. Inspectors such as Beckjorindo, Carsurin, Intertek, and SGC can inspect the quality and quantity of the shipment before it leaves our warehouse. This service gives you extra confidence in the product you will receive.
